How Noor & More handles inquiries, email updates, staff access, and external services.

Website forms: When you fill out the Volunteer, Partner, Contact or Stay Connected form, Noor & More saves your answers so our team can reply. Each submission, including your message, is emailed to our team inbox and copied to a private Google Sheet that only our team can open. Contact and partner messages also receive a short email confirming we got them. Stay Connected signup is separate from the other forms: we use it only to share event news and community updates, and you can ask us to remove you at any time. Please do not include medical details in any form. To see, correct or delete your information, including the Sheet copy, email noorandmoreorg@gmail.com.

Noor & More receives the contact details and messages you choose to submit so that staff can respond to inquiries and coordinate volunteer and community support.

Contact, volunteer, and partner requests do not automatically subscribe you to marketing. Updates require a separate consent checkbox and, once the email service is configured, an email confirmation.

Website inquiries are stored securely for authorized staff. Staff sign-in is provided by Clerk; uploaded website images use Replit App Storage. Approved email providers help us deliver messages.

Our event RSVP is hosted on Google Forms. Instagram, Eventbrite, maps, and external donation services have their own privacy policies.

Please avoid sending sensitive medical details. Contact noorandmoreorg@gmail.com to ask about your information, request correction or deletion, or withdraw permission.

The organization is reviewing its detailed retention schedule and final privacy policy. These operational notices describe the current website; they do not replace the approved policy.
